April’s Member of the Month – Semiahmoo Resort, Golf & Spa

It is our pleasure to announce that the Birch Bay Chamber of Commerce has chosen Semiahmoo Resort, Golf and Spa as our April Member of the Month.SemiahmooGolf-logo-web

Semiahmoo is a huge success story right here in our little corner of Whatcom County. Re-opened in August of last year, the Resort is currently undergoing a multi-million dollar renovation inspired by its seaside location to restore its 212 luxury guest rooms, the spa, fitness center, public areas, 35,000 sq. ft. of versatile meeting and event space, as well as the renowned Packers Oyster Bar and will introduce the all-new Pierside Kitchen.

The Resort is an exceptional employer, offering over 200 employment opportunities for our community. Semiahmoo sets the bar on providing outstanding customer service, and is a premiere destination for leisure travel, retreats, meetings, conferences, weddings and other milestone celebrations.

The Resort has been a generous supporter of the Birch Bay Chamber of Commerce’s Annual General Membership Meeting and Silent Auction, where the proceeds have gone to benefit the operation of the Visitor Information Center. Semiahmoo is also partnering with Blaine and Birch Bay on June 24th for a Business after Business Chamber Networking event.

We look forward to our continued partnership with and thank Semiahmoo Resort for their on-going support of the Birch Bay Chamber of Commerce.photo (3)

  1. As one of the new employees and a community member I’m excited for the growth and renovations at Semiahmoo. The restaurants, Pierside Kitchen and Packers, will be open to the public May 16th. I hope you’ll come check out the changes and the seasonal and regionally based menus.
