The Birch Bay Chamber of Commerce is pleased to announce that the Bay Cafe has been named Member of the Month for July. In making the announcement, John Gargett, President of the Chamber, said “Not only have Dave and Tammy established a great Cafe that is a center of activity, they have also become the driving force (along with the C Shop) to put on the Birch Bay Music Festival, a benefit for WeSnip. During the Holidays, the Bay Cafe started the Angel Tree, which was designed to give back to the community and assist those with children ages 12 and under under who may not have a Christmas.”
Opened on June 1, 2007, Bay Cafe at Birch Bay is truly recognized for their dedication to local residents. The Bay Cafe has a retro ambiance that blends with the Cafe’s photos and antiquities. You may rediscover your childhood in the varied selection of candies of a childhood that many had thought were long forgotten. In addition to the great menu at the Bay Cafe, they also do Catering and offer beer & wine. Dave Bucknell and Tammy Pearce have really captured the spirit of the 50’s and 60’s in Birch Bay.
The Bay Cafe is open seven days a week from 7:30 AM until early evening. They exclusively serve Seattle’s Best Coffee and Espresso’s, Hebrew National Hot Dogs, Ivar’s Clam Chowder and Dryers Ice Cream. You can reserve their party room to hold your meetings, reunions, birthday parties etc. which is included in the price of your meal. And of course, it is a great place to bring your laptop and our use their complimentary WIFI while sipping on a beverage and enjoying the scenery of the bay.
