BBCC Members – Come Join the 2nd Annual Birch Bay Music Festival

Last June The Bay Café sponsored a musical fundraiser named Foodstock-Feed the Animals held on a farm on the outskirts of Ferndale/Birch Bay and with only 2 months of planning they put on a great venue that included 9 bands, a Beer/ Wine Garden, Food, and Vendors and tons of great raffle prizes from our local business’ who collectively raised $1,000 and donated to 3 local Animal Organizations that helped the Animal victims of the Sumas Bestiality Farm.

This year, on Saturday, August 6 2011 they are partnering with BBCC Members:

The C-Shop, Pooch Palace and Day in the Park

For their 2nd Annual Event appropriately named:

“Birch Bay Music Festival”

This year the funds raised will benefit:

WeSnip Mobile Spay & Neuter Clinic

In only 2 short years this grassroots organization has spayed and neutered over 7,000 dogs and cats (both feral and domestic), dramatically decreasing the number of euthanized puppies and kittens in Whatcom County, not to mention the spread of diseases by the ferals.

We are seeking vendors and family friendly musical talent and if you would like to be a part of the newest event held in our beautiful Birch Bay, please contact Tammy
